HelloStoreUSA opens in 1 week

We've been waiting for this to happen since the summer, but Japanfiles will finally open HelloStoreUSA on October 1st. You will be able to order concert goods at a cheaper price than if you were to order from Ohta. I understand that Ohta's prices are higher because he has to make a commission for each sale that he gets, whereas ordering from HelloStore, the price is basicly near the Japanese price for the item. Shipping rates are not available as of this writing, maybe Paul knows that? Paul was able to get an advance look at the store last weekend and post some prices that he saw for some items at his blog here. A note that Paul is an advisor to Japanfiles and he can answer most of your questions.

They may not have items from MM's latest concert tour Nine Smile, you may have to go to Ohta on that one until they can get some items in from that concert. But there will be concert items from Resonant Live and Platinum 9 Disco available on launch day.

So please show your support for MM and order from HelloStore USA, you now have a cheaper option to show your support for one of the best groups in the world, that is Morning Musume. So order there in 1 week.

Koharu Graduation

This news came pretty sudden this morning, Koharu will be graduating from MM in December after their last fall concert. Koharu has been a member since winning the 7th gen audition in 2005 and has been a member for 4 years. I think she was a great member not just for her singing but for her craziness too. That was apparent when she was on Hello Morning and Haromoni@ (Both shows no longer air, HM ended in April 2007 and HM@ ended September 2008), she had energy, did some crazy stuff and was funny in the segments she did.

She was one of my favorite members as well, both Koharu and sayu fit well together and became a "cute duo" so to speak since they shared cuteness and were fun together. To those that went to anime expo, she probably shared some of that cuteness and her energy too. All that will surely be missed.

Lets all wish Koharu well in her modeling career, she will be totally missed. :(

New MM concert goods

I haven't gotten concert goods in a long time since a year ago when the economy tanked. Now it seems i'll finally get some new concert goods. Maybe a shirt, poster, photos, and/or even a members shirt.

Going to meet a H!P fan in NYC

I never thought this would happen, if you remember what I said in a previous post NYC Trip I was hoping to be able to meet a H!P fan in New York someday. Well I am happy to say that someone saw my post today and I will get to meet him in about a couple weeks.

His name is Mozenator and he frequents Hello!Blog alot, he went through a list of blogs and went to mine and he saw my post about my last New York trip. So he gave me his email and we both shall meet really soon. He went to Anime Expo too so most of the H!P friends I know saw him there including Paul, CatchFiveBats and others. So I posted it to Twitter and both of them said he's a great guy and you're sure to have a great time. To be honest, just meeting someone who is likeminded like myself is a great feeling.

I got H!P shirts of course so i'll probably wear one since the next time I go to NYC, it will get too cold and i'll have to wait until next spring until I can do that again. I'll bet there will be lots to talk about, tell him about how I got into MM, my collection and other things.
